I help people feel safe in their body and trust their inner guidance.

I am a somatic practitioner, scholar, and student of the healing arts. My path began early — with yoga in childhood — and has unfolded through years of embodied inquiry into movement, touch, and the living dialogue between structure and fluidity within the human system.

At Whole Earth Healing Arts, I blend gentle manual therapy, movement, and energetic awareness to support balance and harmony within your unique design. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. My work is relational, responsive, and grounded in the present moment.

Education

I graduated from Goddard College with a B.A. in Holistic Education, where I developed, The Inner Child: Explorations in Transformative Learning. This foundational body of work explored healing, education, and the integration of human development with embodied awareness.

Naturally, I went on to teach children in both nature-based and classroom settings.

I knew my passion was to work with people of all ages and across a wide range of human experiences. I am a generalist by both nature and curiosity — meeting each person exactly where they are.

After completing my massage therapy training at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in Sámara, CR, I continued advanced studies in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy (currently in the advanced certification track) and Touch for Health Kinesiology.

This ongoing training allows me to work with the nervous system in a skilled, therapeutic, and professional way — supporting sessions that are both grounded and integrative.

I am a traveler by nature and currently reside in Bend, Oregon.

My work is both a profession and a reverence for people, healing, and the Earth herself.

I look forward to meeting you.
