I help people feel safe in their body and trust their inner guidance.
I am a somatic practitioner, scholar, and lifelong student of the healing arts. My journey began in childhood with yoga, and evolved through years of embodied inquiry into mind-body therapies, movement, and the dance between structure and fluidity.
At Whole Earth Healing Arts we blend touch, movement, and energetics to restore balance and harmony within your unique human design.
I support individuals and small groups in reconnecting with their innate wisdom, as a guide.
The inspiration of my work is rooted deeply in the power of human potential, not as an abstract ideal but as something profoundly accessible to all of us.
I’m a traveler by nature and currently reside in Bend, Oregon.
The body holds a unique opportunity to be worked with in its present time. Through dialogue and gentle manual therapy, we create the conditions for your system to reorganize, release old patterns, and reconnect to its natural vitality.
My aim is to be a source of trust, stability, and belonging—so you can explore the subtle shifts in yourself.
I work with people of all ages and support a wide range of human challenges. I am a generalist by nature and curiosity, meeting each person exactly where they are.
Currently, I am in the advanced training track at the Upledger Institute, working toward certification as part of a multi-year apprenticeship. Before this, I completed my B.A. in Holistic Education from Goddard College with a focus on The Inner Child- Holistic and Transformative Education. I have also studied Touch for Health—a form of Energy Kinesiology that works with systems and pathways to bring the body into balance. Lastly, I have the credentials as a massage therapist.
I love what I do and I look forward to meeting you.
